This study examined the relationship between COVID-19 and the business practices in green tech food production companies in UAE. It assessed the impact of COVID-19 on labor practices, customer base, food production, suppliers, and sustainability practices in green tech food production companies in the UAE. It is essential to address and investigate this question, particularly since food security is high on the country’s agenda as outlined in the National Strategy for Food Security 2051. Answering this research question would guide UAE to support green tech food production companies and empower the strategy of addressing the management of green tech food production companies through pandemics and other prolonged supply disruptions.
