Abstract

Recently, high tech industries are being encouraged to improve their system performance which often leads to high heat generation that must be dissipated within restricted space. Conventional cooling methods are not able to fulfill these cooling requirements and there is a need for alternative methods and cooling fluids. Recent investigations on nanofluids show promises to be possible replacement for conventional cooling liquids due to their enhanced thermal properties. Nanofluids are dilute engineered colloidal suspension of nanoparticles (
