Abstract

Accessible venues are now commonplace making it possible for mobility-challenged visitors to participate in major events like a world exposition or sporting event. Getting to the venue remains a challenge. This paper sheds light on what an end-to-end dispatch system would need to do and some design approaches to enable visitors with special mobility needs to get between venues.
