Abstract

This paper presents a matrix converter control implementation scheme, based on space vector modulation (SVM), realized by a low cost, fixed-point DSP chip without using additional circuits. The system hardware is discussed and the main part of the control software is described. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the implementation scheme.
