PWM based ASD harmonic suppression utilizing reactance one-port compensators

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

A three-phase PWM adjustable speed drive (ASD) has been modeled for power system harmonic analysis. A reactance one-port compensator has been designed and tested to mitigate the harmonics Injected by the ASD. Sensitivity studies have been conducted to determine the safe operating margin of the designed compensator.
