Abstract
The authors report regional differences in perfusion within the affected hemisphere with relatively interictal hypoperfusion and ictal hyperperfusion of the seizure focus in a neonate with hemimegalencephaly. These ictal/interictal changes in perfusion are characteristic of an eleptogenic foci in older patients. These findings are illustrated.
