N2 - Construction sites are widely recognized as hazardous environments for workers, exposing them to various risks such as slips, falls, exposure to hazardous materials, and excessive noise. These risks can potentially result in severe injuries and fatalities. To ensure the safety of workers, it is essential for employers to provide them with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and train them effectively on the correct usage. The objective of this research paper is to develop a smart and compact PPE system that consists of safety glasses, earmuffs, and safety helmets. Through a thorough survey of workers and careful consideration of their requirements, the proposed design has been tailored to meet their needs and requirements. A House Of Quality (HOQ) analysis is utilized for each component to determine the primary vital parameters and features that should be included to maximize protection and safety while minimizing discomfort. The proposed design incorporates advanced features that could be implemented in future prototypes to reduce occupational accidents and improve worker’s safety and productivity.
