InAlAs/InGaAs quantum cascade laser with concentric racetrack array cavity

Abstract

In this paper we propose a Quantum Cascade Laser with concentric racetracks as Fabry-Perot cavities. The electronic part at 300K and 350K is numerically analyzed using Finite Element Vectorial method and FDTD for optical cavity behavior.
