Abstract

Critical success factors (CSFs) are the factors that are essential to the success of the implementation of any quality improvement. They are the key drivers or elements that are necessary for the successful implementation of any methodology/philosophy. Organizations that attempt to quality improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma without addressing CSFs are far less likely to reap the full benefits.
