Abstract

This paper addresses how smart charging of plugin electric vehicle can be used to support efficient energy delivery and phase unbalance control in three-phase system by PEV owners' collaboration. The proposed approach includes real-time interaction between the aggregator and PEV owners. An extensive performance evaluation using MATLAB/GAMS simulation of the 123-bus test system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
