N2 - We experimentally demonstrate fabrication-tolerant, arbitrary power splitters based on a Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI). The devices exhibit maximum splitting ratio deviation of 1.2%, and maximum insertion loss of only 0.36 dB across the O-band.
