Abstract

The real RC-EDP used to make fractal elements and devices is a structural part with conducting terminals just like all other electrical elements and components, which may or may not be packaged. For this reason, a user’s prime interest will be its performance parameters and characteristics that could be detected by measuring the currents and voltages at the terminals of these elements.
