Abstract

Perovskite-based solar cells have been of great interest in research in the past decade due to their amazing performance with high power conversion efficiency (PCE) at comparatively lower fabrication costs, making them a go-to for future commercialization of solar cells. However, due to the issues in their instabilities under physical conditions such as temperature, pressure, humidity, etc., their application is still far ahead. The stability has been demonstrated to improve through the incorporation of a buffer layer at the perovskite/HTM.
