Automatically Polling User Opinions to Tune the Effectiveness of a Software Reuse System

Abstract

The paper describes a technique for taking automatically user feedback into account in order to progressively ameliorate the quality of a descriptor based software reuse system according to the views of the user community. Feedback is made dependent of the user typology through a user profile. Some simulation results against a sample code base are reported.
