Abstract
Two criteria of orbital stability of self-excited periodic motions in a Lure system, the Loeb’s criterion and the criterion based on the dynamic harmonic balance (the Boiko’s criterion [17]), are reviewed in this book chapter. A relationship between these two criteria is established and investigated. An example of analysis is given.
