Absolute negative conductivity and spontaneous current generation in semiconductor superlattices with hot electrons

Abstract

New physical effects in a semiconductor superlattice with a transverse magnetic field and nonequilibrium electron excitations were determined. These include current flow opposite to the direction of the applied electric bias and spontaneous current generation. The observation of these effects in experiments was shown.
