    Description

    The triaxial system, attached with pressure control panel PCP-202, is used to determine the stress-strain-strength properties of soils and rocks. A cylindrical specimen of soil or rock is first subjected to an all-around confining pressure which equally stresses all surfaces of the specimen (isotropic state), then the axial stress is increased at constant rate of strain until the specimen fails
