    Description

The Elemental Analyzer is used for the rapid determination of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur content in solids & liquids within the analytical range of 0.01% to 100% and has wide applications in the area of energy, pharmaceuticals, polymers & chemicals. This instruments works based on the TurboFlash Combustion Technology, an innovative principle for pressurised oxygen injection and represents a quantum leap in state of the art of dynamic flash combustion as well as High Temperature (HT) pyrolytic Oxygen and Hydrogen analysis for elemental determination. The High Speed Chromatography separates each peak to baseline detecting them by supersensitive Thermal Conductivity Detector. The software, Callidus allows the continuous real time monitoring in a full transparent analysis. Specification: Analytical range: 0.01% to 100% Lower detectable level: 1µg for CHNS Modes of Operation: CHNS & O Furnace Temperature: up to 1100°C for combustion Sample size: 0.5-1.5mg Oven Temp. for TCD: from 40°C up to 190°C for TCD and GC Column TurboFlash Combusion: >1800°C at flash point.
