Differential Scale Loop (DSL 4025 / PSL Systemtechnik)

The Differential Dynamic Scale Loop (DSL) is a fully automated laboratory tube blocking system to examine the precipitation and deposition of inorganic scales and other salt crystals under simulated pipeline conditions to design the counteractive measures. The typical application includes determination of the scaling potential, selection or design of a scale inhibitor and for testing the scale inhibitor’s effectiveness and determination of the minimum inhibitor concentration needed in a test process.
