    Description

The Differential Dynamic Scale Loop (DSL) is a fully automated laboratory tube blocking system to examine the precipitation and deposition of inorganic scales and other salt crystals under simulated pipeline conditions to design the counteractive measures. The typical application includes determination of the scaling potential, selection or design of a scale inhibitor and for testing the scale inhibitor’s effectiveness and determination of the minimum inhibitor concentration needed in a test process. Specification: Temperature range: Up to 250°C Pressure range: up to 400 bar Test pipeline: 2 M stainless steel capillary having OD: 1/16”, ID: 0.75 mm
