Description
The De-airing tank system is designed to remove dissolved gasses from ordinary tap water. It requires a source for vacuum to evacuate gases from the tank at the top. The apparatus consists of a closed cylinder with a motor driven impeller. The rotation of the impeller causes the gasses to separate from the water while under a constant vacuum. The system can produce eight-liter batches of de-aired water without the use of heat, as the combined mechanical agitation and vacuum evacuation removes gasses at much higher rate than conventional heat-boiling methods
