Buchi Speed Extractor E-916

The Speed Extractor E-916 is an automated instrument for parallel extraction of primarily organic compounds from a variety of solid or semi-solid samples by means of heating under pressure. It accommodates 6 samples with a maximum volume of 40 mL of extraction cells. The total volume of the collection recipients are from 60 mL vials to 220 mL bottles. The system has a temperature control range of 30-200ºC and pressure of 50-150 bars. A variety of pure solvents can be used in the system depending on the application. Each cycle of extraction can finish within approx. 20 minutes.
